Alexandra 'Ali' Kramen, a founder of My Civil Attorney, brings the highest level of passion to each and every case and client. Ms. Kramen is known for her competitive spirit, personal touch with clients, and attention to detail in complex litigation. She could be described as a 'millennial lawyer' based on her creative problem-solving and use of cutting edge technology to convey her message to juries in the courtroom. Her talent and experience allow her to handle a diverse range of legal matters from wrongful death, medical malpractice, drug and product liability, and personal injury to criminal defense and DUI cases.
Ms. Kramen received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University's Beasley School of Law (2009),where she was a member of their nationally renowned Integrated Trial Advocacy program. She also participated in the Federal Defender Clinical program offered through the Federal Defenders' Office in Philadelphia. These experiences furthered her already exceptional speaking skills and courtroom presence. She received her B.A. in History, Political Science, and Holocaust Studies from Albright College, where she graduated With Honors and Departmental Distinction.
Alexandra Kramen is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also a member of The American Bar Association, The Bucks County Bar Association, The Montgomery County Bar Association and The Philadelphia Bar Association.
Josh Wernick has many roles at My Civil Attorney, from being Ms. Kramen's litigation assistant to website design and development to business management of the firm. He is currently in the process of earning his JD. Josh Wernick graduated cum laude from Temple University's Fox School of Business, a top internationally ranked business school. Josh is a dedicated legal researcher for the firm and he plays a crucial role in all of the firm's presentations for Judges, Arbitrators and Juries.
